Manpreet Grover, Chief Executive and Financial Officer
Manpreet Grover is SOAProjects' Managing Partner & CFO, with over two decades of experience, she is a Chartered accountant from UK and a California CPA. Manpreet started her career with KPMG in UK and then moved to PricewaterhouseCoopers in the US. Most recently she was with Ernst & Young in the Palo Alto Office. She has extensive experience in Internet, Software and Life Science industry and also managed some of the largest clients in the Bay Area.
Manav Singh, Partner
Manav Singh, SOAProjects founding Partner, has over two decades audit and consulting experience. He is an entrepreneur by nature and has opened two successful companies and sold them to Fortune 500. He is a recognized entrepreneur in the valley and specializes in delivery of services to such industries as communications, networking, semiconductor and bio-tech. Manav specializes in the technical areas of internal controls, revenue assurance, FAS 123R and other financial projects. His background includes seven years with PricewaterhouseCoopers. As one of the founding members of this firm, he has been instrumental in the overall growth of SOAProjects and member of the Financial Executive International (FEI).
Yuko Wakasugi, Partner Technical Accounting

Yuko is a Partner in the Technical Accounting and Financial Reporting Advisory Group. Yuko has 18+ years of public accounting experience, with eleven years at Ernst & Young and seven years at BDO, the fifth largest international accounting network in the world. Most recently, Yuko was a partner at BDO’s assurance practice in the Bay Area, serving both public and private companies with a heavy focus in the high-technology industry. She assisted numerous public companies in their initial adoption of SOX, implementation of AS No. 5, as well as worked on various SEC filings including S-3, S-4, and comfort letters. Yuko’s expertise consists of several complicated areas of accounting, including revenue recognition (Software, SaaS, SAB 104, Multiple-Elements, ASU 2009-13 and 14, ASU 2010-17 Milestone Method), impairment, restructuring, business combinations, stock based compensation, and complex equity and debt instruments. Yuko is a CPA in California, a member of the AICPA and California Society of CPAs. She also serves as a committee co-chair for the Business Roundtable series for a national not-for-profit organization, ASCEND.
Raymond Wong, Partner Asia Pacific

Raymond is our Partner Asia Pacific. Prior to SOAProjects, Inc., he was a Partner in WP & Co., LLP, a certified public accounting firm with 7 offices in the US and in China. For 10+ years Raymond has been supporting companies conducting business between China and the U.S. Raymond is a project leader for Fortune 500 companies managing their large-scale finance projects. He has led projects for Hewlett-Packard, UTStarcom, Inc., Tyco Electronics, and Franklin Templeton Investments.
Yahav Dinai, Partner Israel
Yahav Dinai is the Managing Partner of SOAProjects in Israel. Yahav brings over 12 years of experience in financial management, strategic planning, execution for technology firms and public accounting experience while holding a variety of leadership roles in Pricewaterhousecoopers, LLP and previously, in Ernst & Young, LLP, serving companies in a wide variety of industries during his career in public accounting. This experience includes a broad range of business enterprises in both the public and private sectors providing consulting and assurance services and working with clients including Fortune 500 companies, investment firms and venture capital funds.
Yahav received his graduate's degree in economics and accounting from the Tel Aviv University, Israel and his master degree in law (LLM) from the Bar-Ilan University, Israel. Yahav is also a licensed C.P.A. in Israel.
Lilly Huang, Partner SOX
Lilly Huang,
Partner for SOX and Internal Audit services, works closely with management and external auditors for IPO and other technology
companies to ensure the company is SOX compliant. Joining SOAProjects in
August 2006, she is a recognized senior member in a company now passing a 5 year milestone. With employees growing beyond 186 and 72 clients, Lilly is a key player in providing consulting services in Accounting, Finance, IT, Internal Audit, SOX, M&A, and Pre-IPO.
Lilly Huang is a graduate of
University of California, Berkeley with a
BS, and BA in Business Administration and Economics. Among her many professional networks, Lilly is known to the Silicon Valley Chapters of ISACA and the IIA.
Kaushik Raha, Senior Director Business Risk Advisory Services
Kaushik is a Director in the Business Risk Advisory Services group at SOAProjects, Inc. He has several years of experience in public accounting with various Big 4 consulting firms like PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young before joining the SOAProjects Advisory practice. His professional exposure covers various areas of financial statement expertise from financial statement audit to business risk consulting. In the consulting capacity, he has worked with clients on internal audit projects, contract risk advisory projects and fraud investigations.
Kaushik has extensive experience in advising clients in the semiconductor, software, bio-tech and other hi-tech space in matters of license compliance, royalty recovery, joint venture participation, channel distribution programs, vendor compliance, contract manufacturer compliance, supply chain management and contract litigation support work. He has led several projects in the above-mentioned areas in US, UK, Finland, Sweden, Germany, Spain, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Israel, UAE and India. Kaushik is a Chartered Accountant and is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the Licensing Executive Society.
Ruth Shirkey, Director of Tax
Ruth is a Director of Tax at SOAProjects with over 20 years of experience mainly from the Big 4 accounting firms. Ruth is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA. Beginning in 1990 with KPMG, then from 1999 with PricewaterhouseCoopers and finally with Deloitte Tax in 2007. She has worked with every size of corporation, from start-ups to multinational companies in industries such as semiconductor, software, hardware and life sciences. Ruth has extensive experience with federal, state & international tax compliance, FAS 109, FIN 48, multi-state nexus involving income and sales tax, R & D credit, NOL Limitation studies and M & A activities (Domestic & International). Ruth has worked closely with both public and private companies, where she has developed a keen understanding of the tax needs of companies, especially for companies where little or no in-house tax expertise was available. She is the go-to person for all of her clients and she brings a vast amount of experience and expertise in the tax area whenever a tax issue would come up.
